Interesting post from Jesus Encinar in which he recommends the steps to follow in creating a start-up.

These are basically:

• Idea
• Team
• Resources
• Implementation

Beside a brief explanation of why each step, he also mentions some of the common mistakes at the start of a business, and I say business because those not necessarily apply only to Internet start-ups.

I have made at least a couple of the mistakes he mentions, and yes, he is right and some very valid points to take into account the next time you are interested in creating a start-up.
